Since Cherry and Marcia didn't have a way home, my members and I walked half way through with them, until the blue Mustang cam to a halt beside us. Two Socs came out and they tried explaining to Cherry and Marcia about what had happen earlier.

"And even if you are mad at us, that's no reason to go walking the streets with these bums."

The word 'bums' sure made Two-Bit mad and both Bob and Two-Bit started fighting. Two-Bit then handed me an empty bottle which he had busted off the end, and he himself flipped out his switchblade. I froze for a minute thinking of what to do with the busted bottle. I couldn't ever cut anyone! Before anyone could say anything, Cherry interrupted and stopped the fight. She decided to go with the Socs.

I pulled her to one side and had a short talk with her and before she left, she told me that she hoped not to see Dallas Winston again or she'll fall in love with him. That kind of shocked me and my mouth dropped open. =O
